CrossFit Works Kids is a fast, fun and efficient way to get and keep kids healthy, active and fit. It's sad that we are developing a nation of overweight, weak kids who are afraid to push their bodies, use their bodies, move their bodies and test their bodies. Our Kids program provides a setting where kids can develop the strength and coordination that generations ago we got from being told to “go play outside until dinner time”. Our program and our facility is designed for kids to get stronger and fitter while learning how to use and move their bodies safely. We end almost every workout with games that are less about winning and losing, just teams, players and fun. Our CrossFit Kids program is what we all wish PE in school could have been.


CrossFit Kids is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary P.E. program for many home schools and charter schools. It is also used by athletic teams, martial arts schools and parents who want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a life long love of working out, thus avoiding many of the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. Our program delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
